“Excellent small hotel in the heart of Old Town, in a unique location by the river. Our top floor room had wonderful views of the Danube and the city. Everything was within walking distance. We appreciated the friendly reception. The only downside is that we didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included in the room price, so there was an extra charge when we checked out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV, the most comfortable bed ever, the little tea service, refrigerator and table, and the green practices such as using glass containers for everything. The extra room was a bonus.”
“My Husband and I were in town for the Christmas Markets and stayed at the Hotel Schloss Ort. We loved the hotel . We were warmly welcomed to the hotel by the owner . The staff showed us to our room and invited us to breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was amazing and the items on the buffet came from local farms. I also have to mention the beautiful view of the Inn river. The hotel was in walking distance of the markets and historic sites. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Schloss Ort.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect stay — amazing hospitality! I had a wonderful stay at Schloss Art Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they even hugged me when I checked out! I had forgotten to extend my reservation by one day, but they didn’t bother me at all and were very understanding and flexible when I checked out. Truly excellent customer service. The breakfast was great too, with many types of cheese and smoked salmon — a really nice start to the day. Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, and exceptional staff. Highly recommended!”
